The process is simple. The customer supplies Fairview with their design which is then applied to either Vitrabond FR or Vitracore G2 (Australia’s leading deemed non-combustible aluminium composite panel) using the VitraArt custom cladding coating system. A UV resistant satin-clear fluoropolymer finish is then added as well as a protective film that helps prevent damage to the decorative surface when the panels are being machined and installed.
VitraArt has been used on a number of projects including, VitraArt the George Windsor Apartments in Windsor, Melbourne. Designed by PACE architects, this development features an original artwork entitled “frieze” by local artist, Matthew Johnson.
